The school was accredited in the year 2003 by Ministere de L'Enseignement Superieur et da la Recherche Scientifique, Benin (Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Benin), with diiferent course of study. Not every program or school is accredited, an instuition has to meet several standards of excelllence set by an accrediting organization which is all met by UPAO. Theses standards which we possesses includes academic quality, ethics, integrity, learning experience and student experience, among others.

The first cycle programs last 6-8 semesters (3-4 years, 180-240 credit points) and lead to a Bachelor's degree.
The second cycle programs leading to a Master's degree,, last 2-4 semesters(1-2 years, 60-120 credit points)

All our graduated students are able to go for the National Youth Orientation Camp. Physical verification of all credentials by foreign Graduates will take place at the Orientation Camp.
